Insurance

1. The customer must accept the intrinsic risks of taking part in the tour. An accident insurance policy is held, any valid claims can only be considered within the limits of the stated amount in the policy under the laws of Thailand. The company’s accident insurance will only cover medical treatment and medical expenses which caused from the accident that occurred during the trip. This insurance covers within Thailand territory only. The personal property of each the customer is carried on the tour is at their own risk. Anyhow, all trip instructions are to be strictly complied with by the customer without being in violation thereof.
2. Special consideration if the participation of senior citizens 60 years of age or over, children under 4 years of age, pregnant ladies and customer weight over 120 kg. is not allowed.

Cancellation policy

1. Cancellations six hours before service time without any charge.
2. Cancellations less than six hours will incur a full charge 100% of the price.
3.  No Show of the customer on the date specified in the tour agent Application, on which Begin tour Co., Ltd. provided Confirmation of the Application, for the reasons beyond the control of Begin tour Co., Ltd. it shall be considered cancellation. Without refund.
4. In case of bad weather by the Meteorological Department, your entire deposit 100% of it, will be returned to you in the same method of payment it was received.
